CRF's equine research is conducted on an outsource basis, utilizing universities with outstanding equine nutrition and management programs. The University of Kentucky at Lexington, Kentucky, U.S.A. is currently the home of our equine research trials. Located in  the heart of horse country, the University of Kentucky is very capable of meeting the needs of the CRF members.  

Our research emphasis is presently focusing on those challenges that face the horse industry from the pleasure horse owner to the horse racing community.
